Cinnamon Rice Pudding, also known as Arroz con Leche, is a warm and comforting dish that transforms simple pantry ingredients into a creamy dessert. Instructions
- Wash hands with soap and warm water.
- If using dry rice, cook according to package directions.
- Combine milk and cooked rice in a medium saucepan.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce heat to low and add fruit and cinnamon.
- Simmer about 30 minutes until the milk is absorbed and the pudding is thick but still creamy.
- Stir in sugar and vanilla and cook 2–3 minutes longer.
- Remove from heat and serve warm.
