Amazing Banana Pudding


A healthier spin on a classic southern dessert


2 cups 1% milk
1 package INSTANT banana cream or vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz. box)
small bananas
large sheets graham crackers


  1. Pour milk and pudding mix into medium (2 quart) bowl.
  2. Stir 2 minutes.
  3. Let pudding stand for 5 minutes until thick.
  4. Rinse and peel bananas.
  5. On clean cutting board, cut bananas once lengthwise and then in crosswise slices.
  6. Stir bananas into pudding.
  7. Crumble graham crackers into small pieces.
  8. Put 1/4 of graham cracker crumbles in each of 4 small bowls.
  9. Top each with banana pudding and serve.
